Italiens premiärminister Mario Draghi sparkar den högst ansvarige för att hantera coronapandemin, Domenico Arcuri, och ersätter honom med Francesco Paolo Figliuolo.

Beslutet som är ett av de första större sedan Draghi tillträdde i förra månaden, föregås av kritik mot hur Arcuri har hanterat krisen och farhågor om att vaccinationstakten är för långsam.
